Unlike side-entry awnings, the Snug attaches directly to your tailgate or barn doors, creating a compact “porch” area perfect for cooking or removing muddy boots. It is crafted from 150D Ripstop Oxford Polyester, a premium material that offers enhanced durability against tears.
With a 5,000mm H/H waterproof rating and a sewn-in groundsheet, this poled tailgate awning provides a dry and secure environment. It is the ideal compact drive-away awning for smaller campers like the VW Transporter or Mazda Bongo, where space and speed of setup are the primary priorities.

The Snug is made from our premium 150D Ripstop Oxford Polyester with taped seams and coated with 5000mm H/H waterproofer, meaning it is very waterproof and can hold a 5 metre column of water on it before it would begin to show signs of water ingress.
The tunnel has two doors on either side for easy access to the rear of your vehicle. This awning is also suitable to standard barn door vans, tailgate, or rear access vehicles.
