Returns Eligibility
You may return an item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The item is returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless faulty. These include (but are not limited to):
- Used camping cookware
- Personal safety or hygiene-related items
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us at info@magnesiaoutdoorsports.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
