Shipping Policy

At Magnesia Outdoor Sports, we operate as an online-only retailer working with selected UK and European suppliers. Products may be sourced to order and fulfilled either directly from our suppliers or via selected logistics partners within the United Kingdom.

We aim to provide clear and transparent information regarding delivery while maintaining flexibility in line with supplier availability and international transport conditions.


Order Processing

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

Once your order has been placed and payment confirmed, we begin processing and procurement arrangements with our suppliers. Processing times typically range from 1–2 business days, depending on supplier confirmation and stock availability.

In certain cases, additional verification, sourcing, or import arrangements may be required before dispatch.


Lead Times & Delivery Estimates

Delivery timeframes vary depending on:

  • Supplier stock availability

  • Manufacturing or sourcing requirements

  • Import procedures and customs clearance (where applicable)

  • Final delivery location

As many products are sourced specifically upon order, lead times may extend beyond standard next-day delivery timeframes offered by stock-holding retailers.

Estimated delivery timeframes will be provided upon enquiry or after order confirmation where necessary.

All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and do not form part of the contract between you and Magnesia MK LTD.

We shall not be liable for delays caused by:

  • Supplier stock shortages

  • Manufacturing lead times

  • Customs procedures

  • Carrier delays

  • Adverse weather conditions

  • Industrial action

  • Any event outside our reasonable control

If there is a significant change to the estimated delivery timeframe, we will notify you by email.


Dispatch & Shipping Methods

We use reputable national and international courier services, including but not limited to Royal Mail, ParcelForce, DHL, DPD, FedEx, and other professional freight carriers.

Shipping methods are selected based on:

  • Product size and weight

  • Delivery destination

  • Supplier fulfilment route

  • Transit requirements

Tracking information will be provided where available.

Certain larger or palletised goods may require scheduled delivery and signature upon receipt.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or confirmed prior to dispatch where necessary.

Delivery is free of charge on orders above £100 to UK Mainland & Wales & Scotland.

For the orders below £100 the delivery charge for UK Mainland & Wales & Scotland is £1.50

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly communicated before order confirmation.

For certain destinations or oversized goods, additional charges may apply. We will notify you before proceeding if this is the case.


Customs, Duties & International Orders

For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, import duties, taxes, customs fees, or local charges may apply.

These charges are:

  • Determined by the destination country

  • Payable by the customer

  • Not included in product or shipping prices unless explicitly stated

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.


Delivery & Risk

Delivery shall be deemed complete once the goods are delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

It is your responsibility to ensure:

  • The delivery address is accurate

  • Someone is available to accept delivery where required

If delivery is refused or unsuccessful due to incorrect information or absence, additional redelivery charges may apply.


Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur.

Delivery dates provided are indicative only and shall not be treated as guaranteed or contractual delivery deadlines.

We shall not be liable for indirect losses resulting from delayed delivery.

If a delay becomes substantial, you may contact us to discuss available options in line with your statutory rights.


Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items

You must notify us within:

  • 48 hours of delivery for damaged goods

  • 48 hours for missing items shown as delivered

  • 7 days for incorrect items

Please retain all packaging and provide photographic evidence where applicable.

Failure to notify within these timeframes may affect our ability to investigate with the carrier.
