The PyraOmm Duo Tarp DCF is the pinnacle of the Liteway range. Crafted from 0.51 oz Dyneema® Composite Fabric, it is functionally waterproof and practically zero-stretch, meaning it won’t sag when it gets wet. At a staggering 260g, it is one of the lightest 2-person shelters on the planet. Unlike the Silpoly versions, the seams here are glued, so no manual seam sealing is required.
This DCF pyramid tarp offers 4 square meters of living space, which is incredibly generous for its weight. It is designed to be pitched with a single trekking pole (130cm) or two poles in an A-frame to maximize interior volume. For hikers where every gram is a burden, this is the ultimate “fast and light” sanctuary.

Lightweight is perfectly combined with large internal volume and fine wind resistance. There is 1 zippered YKK AquaGuard entrance. Designed for 2 people. But if necessary, you can spend the night as three people. Area inner living space more than 4 sq.m.
PyraOmm Duo Tarp DCF is pitching on trekking pole in the center or on 2 trekking poles in A-form for increasing an inner living space or suspended for the top. For setup you need minimum 4 pegs. Stakes and poles are not included. Small packed size and volume.
Pitching with either PYRAOMM HALF MESH 1P or PYRAOMM DUO FULL MESH you get an ultralight frameless two-layer shelter.
Features of the technology – the tarp is glued at all main seams. Minimum stitched seams. This means that there is no need for additional sealing of the seams, as in the 1.1 oz version of Silpoly 20D.
MATERIAL
0.51 oz Dyneema® Composite Fabric CT1E.08 is a patented ultra-lightweight material. It is made from flexible nonwoven laminated composites that are additionally reinforced with Dyneema® fibers. The fabric is highly durable and water resistant.

We recommend using this shelter if your height is not more than 185 cm. For taller people, the shelter may not be comfortable. If you are taller than 185 cm, we recommend choosing other versions of PyraOmm: either PYRAOMM PLUS TARP 3P or PYRAOMM MAX TARP 4P.
NOTE. The sharp ends of the trekking poles should always be covered with tips. Or you can put a soft cloth / equipment under the sharp end of the pole. Do not insert the sharp ends of sticks or posts into the top of the shelter. The sharp ends of the trekking poles should always be insulated to avoid breaking the top of the PyraOmm.
