The Simplex Mesh is a featherweight (275g) bug shelter that provides a secure 1.65 square meter sleeping area. It is designed to work as part of a modular 2-layer tent system when paired with the Simplex Mini, Max, or Biggie tarps. The Nylon NoSeeUm Mesh is high-quality and durable, ensuring you stay protected from insects without sacrificing ventilation.
The seamless design and catenary cut ensure that the mesh stays taut and away from your sleeping bag. It is a minimalist solo bug tent that adds negligible weight to your pack while providing essential comfort in bug-heavy environments.

Catenary cut provides perfect tension. Tensioners (line lock) will help ease and fast adjust shelter. Stakes and poles are not included.
When used with Simplex Mini Tarp, Simplex Max Tarp or Biggie Tarp, it’s works as the ultra-light frameless double-layer tent for one person.
Seams of the shelter are non-sealed. For sealing the seams we recommend sealant based on silicone. Mostly prefer McNett Seam Grip+SIL (earlier known as McNett Silnet Seam Sealer).
