Scout is a shelter that realizes the maximum internal space and, at the same time, minimum weight. The shape of a regular hexagon gives the maximum possible wind resistance from all sides. The shelter has a single T-entrance on a reinforced #5 water repellent YKK Aquaguard zipper. The pyramid tent is designed for 3 people. The area of the internal living space is about 5.85 square meters.

Crafted from 1.1 oz Levitex Silpoly—a high-performance fabric made from recycled ocean plastic—it offers a 2000mm waterproof rating with minimal stretch. Scout Camping Tarp for 3 Persons is setting up on a trekking pole 165cm length in the center. For setup you need minimum 6 pegs. Stakes and poles are not included.
Small packed size and volume.
Pitching with either Scout Full Mesh 3P or Scout Full Mesh 1P you get an ultralight frameless two-layer shelter.

Seams of the tarp are non-sealed. For sealing the seams we recommend sealant based on silicone.
The shelter is made from 1.1 oz Levitex Silpoly 20D Ripstop 2000 mm.

SETUP

  • stretch corners with pegs in the shape of a regular hexagon;
  • put the trekking pole from the inside to the top of the tent vertically about 165cm
  • add long guy lines on a separate pegs for additional wind resistance ;
  • tight all guy lines for a good tarp’s tension.
